ANATOMY strives to deliver all classes and services as advertised. However, unforeseen circumstances may require schedule changes or cancellations.
Late Entry
For the consideration of instructors, other clients, and your own safety, late entry to class is strictly prohibited 5 minutes after the class has begun. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for check-in. No refunds or compensation will be offered for denied entry due to lateness.
Class Change/ Cancellations
ANATOMY is not liable for refunds, transfers, or compensation of any kind for classes that are delayed, changed, or canceled for any reason, including if a class is full and you are unable to book.
No Socks No Reformer
Grip socks are required to be worn in all Reformer classes, NO NORMAL SOCKS OR no bare feet are allowed on the carriage for hygiene AND SAFETY REASONS, We have grip socks available to purchase in the studio.
Personal Belongings
ANATOMY is not responsible for the safekeeping of clients’ belongings while on the premises.
Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. However, Studio Fondue understands you may need to pause your membership for the below reasons (minimum 10 days, maximum 1 month):

Travel related purposes for 3/6/12 monthly memberships ANATOMY allows 3 pauses a year.
Classes Passes
5 & 10 Class Passes have a 3 month validity.
No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of the class pack due to illness, injury, change of mind or any other reasons.
Monthly Passes
Monthly passes must begin within 3 days of purchase. This pass runs continuously from the start date to the monthly end date.
Minimum Ages
The minimum age to attend classes at ANATOMY is 15 years old unless approval is gained by management.
Health Information
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancy before class begins.
FILMING
STRICTLY No tripods inside the studio, if you wish to film or take photos please do this in a discrete manner or before/after class. At Anatomy we believe in switching off and focusing on GETTING LOST IN YOUR PRACTICE.
Cancellation Policy
ANATOMY has limited class space, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy for all studio classes.
Cancellations must be made through the online booking system at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be credited.
Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancel.
No Show: Failing to cancel your booking and not attending class will be considered a No Show.
Fees: Late cancel will result in a fee of IDR 100,000 – No shows will result in a fee of IDR100,000
Class Pack Holders: Late Cancels WITHIN 12 HOURS PRIOR and No Shows will result in the loss of one class
INTRO OFFER: Late Cancels WITHIN 12 HOURS PRIOR and No Shows will result in the loss of one class
Unlimited Membership: Late cancels WITHIN 12 HOURS PRIOR or no shows will result in a fee of IDR100,000
Waiver
Classes at aNATOMY are physically strenuous. By attending these classes you acknowledge and confirm there may be a risk of personal injury, property damage or death. You also agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make other claims of any kind what so ever against ANATOMY or its directors, officers, employees, consultants, instructors or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
